June’s sample box will have 10 slices of cake in 5 flavours including a couple of our brand new flavours……….

Guinness & Irish Cream – gooey dense chocolatey cake laced with whisky liquor layered with vanilla bean buttercream. The Irish cream comes from Northumberland’s new whisky distillery, Ad Gefrin, just up the road at Wooler.

Raspberry Ripple - a light vanilla sponge rippled with fresh muddled raspberries. Layered with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream.

Coconut & Passion Fruit - coconut cake filled with a coconut buttercream layered with passionfruit curd.

Basic Vanilla - sometimes less is more with a perfectly light and fluffy cake layered with vanilla bean buttercream

Salted Maple & Brown Sugar – brown sugar cake, oodles of maple caramel and burnt butter vanilla buttercream
